CHURCH:

FRIENDSHIP

Friendship Church was organized at the home of L. J. Fry, five miles west of Fowler, on Saturday before the fifth Sunday in August 1924. The charter members were W. B. Symmonds, Anna Symmonds, J. A. Cook and wife, Rosa Anderson, L. J. Fry, Mary Fry, Ralph Fry, Ira Fry, and Grace Fry. They were all dismissed by letter from Little Zion Church at Ordway, Colorado. The presbytery was composed of Elders W. C. Perdue, H. Q. Holdren, and C. R. Bixler, and Deacon O. T. Riggs.
