Crawford Lake Church was constituted October 7, 1893. The presbytery was composed of Elders Levi Starling, J. E. Blanton, R. J. Grovour, and D. A. Johns. Pastors have included Elders Norman Asbell, Columbus Stanlin, Herman Moody, Otto Hill, Bert Rawls, and Herschel Griffin. The church is located about ten miles south of Live Oak, Florida.
